Sylvia Roli Atche
Sylvia Roli Atche is a certified Development Consultant specializing in human capital development, with extensive experience in program management, business development, administration, and community impact. Her active involvement is focused on programs and collaborations that support youth economic empowerment and personal development.
She has made numerous contributions to entrepreneurship ecosystems through
partnerships with organisations like GOPA Worldwide Consultants, the US Consulate Office in Lagos, and GIZ.
Sylvia, a seasoned professional, has held leadership and advisory positions
in a variety of development initiatives and her exceptional communication
skills have made her a mentor to many young people in business and
leadership.
Sylvia is also a visionary entrepreneur in addition to her consulting work. She
is the founder of Silverline Gold Biz Consultancy, a social enterprise that
provides business development support services to African MSMEs, and the
iGro Global Resource Hub, a non-profit organisation that promotes transformative opportunities for young African leaders through capacity-
building programs.

Possessing a certification in broadcast journalism, as well as skills in production and presentation, she has a keen interest in developing compelling multimedia programs using a behavioral change communication approach.
Sylvia has a master's degree in Environmental and Public Health Microbiology from the University of Benin, where she also earned her bachelor's degree in Microbiology. She is a certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP), McKinsey Forward Champion and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
